The following rules govern the basic interaction with the “DragonRaja” game and “DragonRaja” website (including the official forums). Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in suspension or termination of your “DragonRaja” game account according to the “DragonRaja” User Agreement.
G4Box Inc. reserves the right to permanently ban or delete the account of an offender immediately should the need arise.
Anyone that breaches the Rules of Conduct set forth in this document will be warned and banned as follows :
1st Offense : Account suspension and / or tactic and levels deduction
2nd Offense : Account permanent ban or deletion
In addition to these Rules of Conduct, explicit rules affecting your account may be found in the “DragonRaja” User Agreement.
Abusing players right and privacy
While playing “DragonRaja”, you must respect the right of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. You may not defraud, threaten or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to the other players. You may not post or communicate any player’s real world information (name, address, account name and etc…) through the “DragonRaja” game or on the official “DragonRaja” website. You are also not allowed to use explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist or ethnically offensive language in the game or any service provided by the DragonRaja website.
If anyone is found guilty of breaching these rules, their account will be suspended for 3 to 14 days.
Sexually Explicit, Harmful and Offensive Images or Content
Any link or post that contains sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist, or ethnically offensive imagery and content will have his account suspended for 14 days and forum privileges to post withdrawn.
Violation of any local, state, national or international laws
Account permanently suspended
Spamming on public notice, players in-game mail and forum
Account suspension for 7 days
Spreading rumors, negative issues and advertising other Online Games
Account suspension for 7 days
Player (s) interrupting other users playing the game or obstructing GMs running an event
Account suspension for 7 days
Imitation of GMs and GM characters
Character deletion and account suspension for 14 days
Unjustifiable characters names with special encoding
Characters will be deleted and account suspension for 7 days
Bugs Exploitation
If the players exploit in-game bugs to gains monetary or item advantage, the illegal items will be deleted and account suspended for 14 days.
If players exploit bugs to gain level or upgrading their character, the character will be downgraded (penalty will be decided upon level and benefits gained). Other player(s) involved indirectly by partying and do not report such matter will be penalized accordingly. Possible penalties include Account suspension for 14 days, level and tactic deduction or other values which improves their characters such as fame, dual fame, ladder, etc...
Hacking players account or items
Hackers account will be permanently banned and items will be return back to the original owner. If said items have been sold to an innocent party, the item will still be restored to the original owner and no compensation will be given.
Item Duplication
Permanent ban and all illegal items will be deleted even if the items have been sold to other player(s). If the illegal items has been used to upgrade their character (e.g. Balrog Tooth), the character will be downgraded back to its original value without compensation and there will be no refund for any loss incurred. Hence, if the illegal item has been used to upgrade weaponry, (e.g. sardonyx), the item will be deleted and there will be no refund / compensation.
Using hacking tools to level or gaining benefits in anyways that ruin the harmony of the game
Account suspension for 14 days including 10 levels and 10 tactics deduction
Modification of Client, Server or any part of the official website including arrange for exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while using the “DragonRaja” game or website
Account deletion
Buying, Selling, Trading from one player to another player with CASH (real world money)
No restoration and refund and the account will be suspended until the real owner is clarified.
Providing false information or intentionally hiding any information when registering for an account
Account suspended for 7 days and NO restoration or refund
Uploading or transmitting on “DragonRaja” or the official “DragonRaja” website without any copyrighted content without the express written permission of the author or the copyright holder.
G4Box Inc. and its employee are not held responsible for the players legal case (if arise) and we will not get involved unless required by the authority
PRIVACY POLICY FOR DRAGONRAJA WEBSITE AND G4BOX INC.’s SERVER
Our web does not record e-mail addresses of the visitors.
All personal information that is voluntary given to “www.newraja.com” or G4Box Inc. will not be issued, sold and redistributed.
Your computer reaches us via a particular IP (Internet Protocol) address. This can tell us things like what part of the world you’re coming from or what service provider you are using, “www.newraja.com” will link your IP address to your personally identifiable information about you for billing purposes.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES AND WILL ABIDE BY THEM.
YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THESE RULES WILL APPLY TO ANYONE THAT YOU ALLOW TO USE YOUR “DRAGONRAJA” ACCOUNT OR USER ID AND THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES (INCLUDING TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT) THAT MAY RESULT IF ANY SUCH PERSON BREAKS THESE RULES.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOUR ACCOUNT AND RIGHT TO USE THE “DRAGONRAJA” SERVICE IS TERMINATED BY G4BOX INC. FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE USE OF THE “DRAGONRAJA” SERVICE.
THESE RULES MAY BE CHANGED, AND NEW RULES MAY BE ADDED, AT ANY TIME. YOU AGREE TO CHECK THE “DRAGONRAJA” WEBSITE FROM TIME TO TIME TO REVIEW ANY RULE (S) CHANGES THAT G4BOX INC. MAY HAVE MADE.
YOU AGREE TO READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE “DRAGONRAJA” SERVICE AGREEMENT THAT IS POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE.
